Laid in v. 1 is a manuscript note in an unidentified hand, "Received of Mr. Gallini by the hand of Mr. Johnson ... " no date, no place. Laid in v. 5 is an ANS by W. Taylor, dated 1811 Jan 4, authorizing payment to Mrs. Boulanger.
